Terms and Conditions for the Niall Horan Ticket Giveaway on Heart Sussex, March 2018
RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at Heart.co.uk) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Heart Breakfast’s Niall Horan Ticket Giveaway radio competition (the “Competition") which will run between Monday 5th and Friday 9th of March 2018 on Heart Sussex. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an entrant must call the studio on 03457 102 103 when solicited to do so by the presenters. A contestant will be picked at random one minute after the presenter states on air. They will then be required to correctly work out the which artist originally sang the song that Jack is covering from the slowed down clip played on air. Calls will be charged at standard network rates.All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters to give their answer to win, the call may be live or pre-recorded with the presenters and played on-air. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
