Lil Uzi Vert teased the release date for the highly-anticipated project, The Pink Tape, during a video on Instagram. While playing a song off of the project, Uzi remarked that the release date is just "weeks away" at this point.
“It’s the motherfuckin’ countdown,” Lil Uzi Vert says in the clip. “We weeks away. I’m telling ya’ll, I’ma come correct. I’ma come correct.” Uzi previously teased that The Pink Tape will be dropping at some point later this month during an appearance at The Roots Picnic.

Police told ABC News they responded to a 911 call about an assault at the Gershwin Hotel in Manhattan at 2:15 a.m. and that the hip hop star's girlfriend, who also goes by the name Masika Kalysha, said Yung Berg grabbed her by her neck, threw her to the ground, dragged her by the hair and punched her in the face.

Steve Harwell, the former lead singer of Smash Mouth, has died at 56
Steve Harwell, the former lead singer and frontman for the rock band Smash Mouth, has died at his home in Boise, Idaho. He was 56 years old.
His death was confirmed by the band's manager, Robert Hayes, who said the cause was acute liver failure. He said Harwell was "surrounded by family and friends and passed peacefully and comfortably."
